Centre: a decorated shrine with a deity murti adorned with garlands, flanked by red curtains. In front, a seated figure in orange robes sits on a wooden chair on a raised platform covered in marigold and white garlands. A man in white kurta and dhoti on the left raises a lit oil lamp toward the shrine. On the right, a man in a yellow vest holds a microphone and speaks. Rows of seated devotees in white clothes sit on the ground, and numerous small lamps cover the pavement in the foreground. A standing priest in white dhoti and shirt with a yellow shawl raises a lit lamp toward a framed portrait of a saffron-robed figure with long hair and a rudraksha mala, set on a yellow-orange vehicle. Flower garlands frame the portrait, and a tiered pyramid of brass kalasha pots stands in front. Several seated devotees in white clothes sit on white brick platforms facing the fire, with fruit, flowers and offering plates nearby. A printed portrait behind the kalashas shows a saffron-robed figure with long hair and a rudraksha mala, which may be Swamiji (probable); the portrait is a depiction, not a person in the scene.2010-07-24Outdoor temple celebration under a decorated tent with marigold and red flower garlands and mango leaf festoons. A banner reading NITHYANANDAM hangs above a raised stage with red and gold drapes. On the stage, a seated figure in orange clothing sits near a deity murti adorned with a large floral garland, with brass lamps and a kalasha arranged before it. In the foreground, a man in white dhoti and shirt holds up a ritual object as devotees in white and orange sit on the ground before rows of small oil lamps set on a stone floor. Other people in white clothes stand and sit around the stage.2007-01-01July 18 20062006-07-18July 15 20112011-07-15July 11 20062006-07-11A photograph of an outdoor temple shrine decorated with marigold and flower garlands, with a yellow and red floral banner reading NITHYANANDA across the top.
