A bare-chested sadhu with long matted hair and rudraksha beads, wearing orange cloth, extends his hand toward a small oil lamp on the ground. An older man in a white shirt and white dhoti holds his hands over the flame in greeting. Behind them, several young men in orange cloth and orange turbans stand, one holding a drum, and another holds a yellow umbrella with fringed red and multicoloured tassels over the group. On the right, a bearded man in orange robes wears a long rudraksha mala and tilak markings. Trees, a parked white car and a fence form the background.2019-04-07Outdoor scene on a dirt road beside a silver SUV, with tall trees and a misty field behind. A barefoot figure in a flowing orange-saffron robe walks forward over scattered grass, with a rudraksha-style mala visible. Behind and to the right, a group of men in white dhotis and white shirts stand with hands in anjali, a drummer plays a drum and musicians play long brass horns, while a garland of red and white flowers is held at the right edge. Identity of the orange-robed figure is uncertain from appearance alone, so the role is described as a saffron-robed person walking in procession.2010-01-20Outdoor scene beside a white car with its door open. A bald, bespectacled man in orange robes leans into the driver's side, while a man with long hair and an orange wrap holds a silver tray with flowers and a green leaf, as if offering it. A bearded man in orange stands behind them with hands pressed together. On the right, a long-haired man in an orange wrap over a red top rests a hand on the open door, and figures in white and yellow are partly visible at the edge. Green trees and shrubs fill the background.2009-08-03Outdoor photo beside a white car with its front passenger door open, near leafy green trees and a rocky hillside. A bald man in orange robes bends toward the car window holding a leaf and a small offering. Beside him, a long-haired man in an orange cloth holds a brass plate of offerings, and a third man in orange with a beard stands with palms pressed together in greeting. On the right, a man with long swept-back hair wears an orange robe over a red sleeveless top and smiles, one hand on the open car door. Behind them, men in white and yellow dhotis and orange garments stand among the trees, one holding a plate of flowers. A ritual welcome of the car occupant is in progress.2009-08-03Outdoor photo beside a white car on a dirt path under green trees.
