A large cream-coloured neoclassical building with a long colonnade of tall pilasters, arched ground-floor openings and rows of windows, set beside a wide paved plaza with grass and flower beds. Four people walk across the plaza in the middle distance, one carrying a bag. A small white device stands on the lawn at left. Scaffolding is visible behind the building. A green tree-lined hillside fills the background under an overcast sky.
