A man in an orange-red turban and orange sleeveless wrap stands at left, holding a silver trident-topped staff, and bends forward toward a devotee in orange-red robes with rudraksha beads and a gold necklace who kneels at the edge of the stone basin, water splashing. Behind them, saffron-robed followers stand near a yellow metal railing. At right a bare-chested man in a white shirt and brown lungi pulls a rope from the stone steps.
