July 16 20062006-07-16A close, slightly blurred photograph of many long, pale green palm or coconut leaf strips laid across a light grey tiled floor. The narrow leaflets are arranged in overlapping rows and are bound to thin pale sticks, forming a woven mat or decorative frond arrangement, possibly for a temple decoration or festival preparation. No people are visible.2009-06-09Overhead photo of a tiled floor covered with long green palm-frond garlands laid out in parallel rows, their leaflets cut into strips and some stalks still holding grass-like blades. Thin white-clad legs and feet are visible at the top right and lower right edges, partially cropped. The garlands appear to be prepared for a temple decoration or ritual setting.2009-06-09December 31 20092009-12-31July 19 20162016-07-19January 08 20102010-01-08 +1 copiesA close, dim view through dense dark-green palm fronds, with blurred leaf blades crossing the frame diagonally and sunlight catching the edges of a few yellowish leaves at upper left. Several glossy green mango leaves lie on a pale tiled floor, and the hand, wearing a white garment with small pink floral embroidery, holds a leaf as it is strung into a toran garland for decoration. Only a partial arm and hand are visible, with a pink bangle at the top right corner.2009-06-09Close-up photo of two hands stringing green mango leaves together with white thread. The person wears a white embroidered garment with a white lace-like pattern. The leaves are glossy and serrated, hanging in a bundle on the right, a typical preparation for a toran garland used in temple or festival decoration. No people's faces are visible and no person is identifiable as a person in this frame.2009-06-09A close-up photograph of green palm fronds in dappled sunlight, with long narrow leaflets angled diagonally across the frame and a stalk running from upper right to left.
