Night-time photo of a ritual blessing at an outdoor puja. In the foreground a young boy with a shaved head and a tall golden crown-like ornament stands while a shaven-headed priest in white dhoti and shawl with red-and-maroon borders reaches out to touch the crown; he wears a gold bead necklace and white sacred markings on his arms and forehead. Beside him another young priest in white with a gold bead garland and sandal markings holds a steel vessel, and a third priest in white with a gold necklace stands behind. To the left a girl in a light blue top and a woman in a red outfit look on, with a crowd of onlookers in the dark background. A steel tray in front holds banknotes and offerings on a white-covered table.
