In the foreground a shaved-headed young man in a rust-red robe with an orange shawl and a gold-coloured chain with a pendant wears white vertical tilak on his forehead and presses his palms together in devotion. Behind him, rows of boys and young men in red and gold-bordered robes sit with white sacred ash on their foreheads, some with palms joined. He wears a long rudraksha mala, a red bindi and a white horizontal tilak on his forehead, and a small framed pendant hangs at his chest. A printed sheet rests on his lap. Around him, boys and men with white forehead markings and orange or dark clothing are seated in a satsang or ritual assembly, some also with hands raised. The setting is a crowded hall with a blurred background of devotees. Behind them, several monks and devotees in saffron and maroon robes, some with white forehead markings and rudraksha beads, raise hands in greeting while others sit in a hall. Brass bowls, a folded cloth and paper cups sit on the floor in front. The scene suggests a satsang or puja gathering; no identifiable a person candidate is clearly present.2013-09-21A photograph of a ritual gathering with shaved-headed young boys and a man in orange robes, many wearing white vibhuti bands and red bindis. In the foreground a boy in orange robes and a rudraksha mala holds a small lit lamp or wick near brass plates and metal vessels. Behind them other boys in red and orange robes sit on red mats with brass items and flower-decorated plates.2013-07-30A bald man in a rust-orange monastic robe and dark rudraksha mala sits with both palms raised and eyes lowered, apparently chanting at a satsang gathering. A white horizontal tilak marks his forehead above a small red dot, and he wears round glasses, a gold pendant and a gold bangle. Behind and around him, seated devotees wearing black shirts with white forehead markings raise their hands in a similar gesture. Two blurred shaven-headed monastics in orange sit in the foreground, and a laptop is visible in front of the central figure. The setting is an indoor hall with warm tones.2013-03-03October 29 20162016-10-29July 30 20132013-07-30September 21 20132013-09-21A group of shaved-headed young boys and some adult men in saffron-orange robes and red-and-gold sashes sit cross-legged on a red-carpeted floor, many wearing rudraksha malas and white vibhuti tripundra marks on their foreheads.
