A seated satsang gathering in an orange-carpeted hall with a large audience of devotees. In the foreground, a man with swept-back white hair and a white dhoti with yellow border smiles while clapping, wearing a rudraksha mala. Beside him, a bald man in a saffron-orange dhoti with yellow border, bare-chested with vibhuti marks on his forehead and arms, wearing a rudraksha mala and a pendant necklace, smiles and claps. Behind them, saffron-robed sannyasis and a man in a purple robe sit among devotees in white and orange. Some of the bald-headed sannyasi-like figures wear rudraksha malas. Several people seated in the back row are clapping, and the room has wall decorations and a white ceiling.

Seated group chanting in a hall: in the foreground, two shaved-headed men in saffron-orange robes and long rudraksha malas sit with palms raised in mudra and mouths open mid-chant, with white ash stripes on their arms and foreheads. Behind them, a large group of young boys in maroon and yellow tunics raises their hands in the same gesture. A white-clad man with a white cloth and rudraksha mala sits to the right, and a round blue-lidded container sits on the floor. No a person candidate is clearly identifiable by appearance, so the foreground men are described by role only.

Photograph of a seated group in an ashram hall during a ritual or satsang. In the foreground a shaved-headed young man in a rust-red robe with an orange shawl and a gold-coloured chain with a pendant wears white vertical tilak on his forehead and presses his palms together in devotion. Behind him, rows of boys and young men in red and gold-bordered robes sit with white sacred ash on their foreheads, some with palms joined. On the right, a shaved-headed man in orange robes wears a long rudraksha mala. Brass cups and a small lamp sit on the floor before them. Individual identity uncertain from appearance; no candidate is clearly the page's subject.

A seated satsang gathering in a hall with many devotees behind. In the foreground, a man in a white dhoti with gold border and rudraksha mala, and beside him a bald man with a red bindi, bare-chested, wearing a rudraksha mala and ceremonial gold necklace, sitting on a red cushion with hands raised in applause and smiling. Behind them, saffron-clad disciples and a man in a purple robe sit among the audience.

A seated audience at a large gathering, with a central bare-chested man in orange dhoti and a rudraksha mala clapping, his body marked with white sacred ash stripes. Around him devotees in white and orange garments sit, including a man in a white dhoti with an orange shawl and a bald man with a red tilak. Two children in orange clothing sit in the foreground, one wearing a rudraksha mala. Nearby an older man with white hair wears an orange shawl. No clearly distinctive a person cues such as long swept-back hair, crown or ceremonial gold necklace are evident on any candidate, so the identity is uncertain. Roughly twenty to thirty people are visible in the scene.
