The male figure on the left holds a trident and wears a colourful braided turban, layered beaded necklaces and a rudraksha mala; the female figure on the right wears a brown-gold sari, pearl garlands and layered necklaces. Both are decorated with yellow and purple flower garlands. Below them, a white marble statue of a seated figure in orange robes with hands folded in prayer, wearing a mala and orange turban, sits on a white cloth-draped platform. Brass vessels, a kalasha-like pot, a bowl and a small lamp are arranged in front. The statues are sculptures, not living people.2010-12-14Photograph of a shrine niche framed by gilded arch with red drapery.
