A person seated on a decorated palanquin wears an ornate golden crown, saffron-orange robes, a pink floral garland and a kumkum-marked forehead, smiling while raising a silver staff. Beside them a man in saffron robes and a gold-beaded necklace holds a silver trident, and other devotees with white ash on their faces and shoulders stand nearby. A silver trident and a golden staff are visible at the edges. Probable Swamiji is seated in the palanquin, identified by the crown, saffron clothing and ceremonial adornments.2013-02-10Night procession on a flower-decorated chariot with an ornately carved gold base draped in marigold and rose garlands. A seated figure in saffron robes, a gold crown and a pink-and-white garland sits on a cushioned seat at centre-left, a probable Swamiji by his crown, saffron clothing and rudraksha-style adornments. A bare-chested priest in saffron dhoti holds a silver trident aloft beside a second bare-chested attendant in ash-smeared saffron cloth carrying a silver staff. Above them a large red-and-blue canopy with fringed tassels and hanging bells shelters the chariot. Street lamps glow in the background and a bald attendant stands behind the seat. The scene suggests a ceremonial procession.2013-02-10Night outdoor procession at a temple-style event. A bearded man in a rust-orange robe and orange turban-style headwear sits on a golden-framed palanquin or ratha, garlanded with yellow and pink flower garlands and a long rudraksha-style mala. Behind him a golden deity murti stands under a tall golden arch with floral garlands. Around him, shirtless and white-clad attendants in orange and gold shawls, rudraksha malas and sacred ash markings stand close; one older man in a white dhoti and orange shawl bends to hold a pair of sandals for him. A man in orange dhoti holds a fan-shaped chamara and a yellow kalasha-style staff stands beside, with a green umbrella at left and string lights in the background.2016-11-05February 10 20132013-02-10October 17 20102010-10-17November 17 20132013-11-17Night photograph of a procession at an outdoor stage. A man beside him wears white dhoti with orange border, bare upper body, white and ochre sacred markings on the face and chest, and rudraksha beads. Another attendant in orange-red cloth stands behind, and a few more people are partly visible at the right. Stage steps are red and a striped cloth lies on the step.
