A temple shrine courtyard where a shaven-headed man in an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl, with rudraksha malas, stands at left holding a flower or offering over the head of a man in white kurta and white pants who bends forward with bowed head. Several women stand in a line behind them: one in a saffron sari near the centre, one in a purple top and white pants wearing a garland of orange flowers, a younger girl in white, and women in a teal kurta and a pink top. Behind them a deity murti in a painted shrine niche with orange and green drapery, orange marigold garlands, and a red-and-white painted railing. This appears to be a padapuja, a ritual foot-worship in which devotees are received at a temple.
