A shaved-headed man in a rust-orange cloth sits on large grey concrete blocks beside a river, with green shrubs behind him. He wears a wrap of rudraksha beads across his shoulders, a long rudraksha mala with dark beads, a gold bangle and rudraksha bands on his upper arms, and a red mark on his forehead. He leans forward and rubs white powder or ash between his palms, while the water and rock behind him stay unfocused. No other people are visible.2014-03-10A man sits cross-legged in meditation on a rocky outcrop with eyes closed and palms open on his knees. He wears a long rudraksha mala and a gold pendant necklace, and his hands rest together near his feet. A plastic water bottle and a folded saffron cloth lie on the mat beside him, and a small tablet on a stand sits at the lower right. Appearance cues fit a person, but the face and build are not clearly distinctive enough to confirm the identity, so the a person field is unsure.2012-10-08A man stands outdoors before a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots and gnarled trunks. He wears an orange-red dhoti and wrap draped over one shoulder, with multiple strands of rudraksha-style reddish-brown beads across his chest and a gold chain with a pendant. His eyes are closed, hands are folded at chest level, and he has a white vibhuti line and a red kumkum dot on his forehead. The setting is dusky with earthy ground and a stone ledge in the foreground.2013-01-23April 29 20132013-04-29December 17 20132013-12-17October 08 20122012-10-08A smiling man with short dark hair and a white-and-red forehead marking sits cross-legged on the ground in front of a stone wall of grey rectangular stones.
