October 19 20132013-10-19Indoor photo in a large hall with a drop ceiling and fluorescent lights. A smiling man in an orange-saffron shawl and long gold necklace with a large gold pendant, gold armbands and bangles, with a sandalwood-and-vibhuti forehead mark and long swept-back hair, places his raised right palm on the head of a bowed devotee in a checked shirt. The devotee presses his hands together in anjali, and a woman in a red sari and another in green stand nearby with hands folded. To the right, a man in white dhoti with gold border and gold armband stands beside a table. Crowd of standing people in white and green clothing in the background. Swamiji (probable): the smiling central figure wears saffron clothing, a long gold necklace, gold armbands, a forehead mark and long swept-back hair, and is giving a blessing to a devotee in a satsang-style gathering.2013-07-25A photograph in an indoor hall with draped fabric and colourful striped hanging banners. A man in a long-haired, saffron-orange robe with a rudraksha-style gold necklace and a gold mala stands at right, smiling and resting his hand on the head of a man in a blue patterned shirt who bows with palms pressed together. Another man in a white-and-green striped shirt stands behind, with others in ochre and white clothing around. Several people stand in the background. The figure at right shows distinctive long swept hair, a red bindi, orange shawl and ornate gold necklaces, consistent with the candidate a person in a blessing role.2013-04-14A figure in a rust-orange wrap with a gold ceremonial necklace and layered white, yellow and red garlands stands at right, one hand resting on the head of a seated man in a blue-and-white checked shirt at left, while holding a folded white paper in the other hand. The figure wears gold bangles and has long swept-back dark hair and gold earrings, and gives a blessing. Behind them, a man in white with a red shawl and other devotees stand in a hall with a gold-and-red ornate display at the right edge. The appearance cues are distinctive, so this is a person presenting a blessing, with a devotee receiving it.2013-07-21July 11 20132013-07-11A photograph inside a hall with red curtained windows and a fluorescent ceiling. On the right, a smiling man with a long swept-back hair style, white forehead markings, red-brown ochre clothing and rudraksha malas stands with a raised hand. He wears a large layered gold necklace, gold bangles and a flower garland of red and white blossoms with silver accents. On the left, a young man in a white shirt with his palms joined bows his head in namaskar. Several other people in white shirts and dhotis stand behind, some with hands folded, and a red carpet runs across the floor.2013-07-20August 16 20132013-08-16A photograph of a ceremony in a temple-style hall. A bare-chested man in an orange-saffron shawl and multiple gold necklaces with a gold armlet stands at right, holding a sheet of white paper and placing his right hand on the head of a seated man in a white-and-blue checked shirt at left. Two others stand behind with hands clasped in devotion: a man in a white kurta and a man in a white shirt. Behind them is a gold-decorated throne with a red cushion, gold lamps and brass kalasha-style vessels, and a gilded deity murti at upper right. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, saffron shawl, ornate gold necklaces and armlet, shown in the blessing role.2013-06-26April 14 20132013-04-14March 20 20132013-03-20A man in a rust-orange sleeveless robe stands at the right, smiling and raising his right hand in a blessing gesture. Behind him, a shaved-headed man in white robes and a man with a yellow tilak on his forehead stand with hands folded. At the left, a bespectacled man in orange bows his head. Behind them, a red-and-gold canopy hangs over a gold-framed deity murti on a colourful shrine backdrop with ornate pillars.2013-07-24A photograph at an indoor ashram event with a decorated tent ceiling and colourful hanging cloth panels. In the centre-right, a long-haired man with a red bindi, wearing an orange-red shawl over bare shoulders, a heavy gold bead necklace and gold armlets, smiles and raises a hand in blessing. A man in a grey striped shirt bows with palms joined toward him. Probable Swamiji (probable) is a candidate based on the long hair, saffron-orange shawl, ornate gold necklace and rudraksha-style adornments, shown in a blessing gesture to a devotee. Several other people stand in the background, and a tray is visible at lower right.2013-04-14
