A photograph of a ritual at an indoor temple room with a stone-topped table draped with an orange cloth, holding a brass oil lamp and a small brass vessel. A figure in an orange saffron robe and an orange turban stands at right, holding a brass bell and a bowl with a flame, with a rudraksha mala around the neck; the appearance cues are distinctive but the figure's identity is uncertain, so this is a priest or sannyasi in orange. Around them about eight devotees in white ritual clothes and some in red and pink saris stand with hands folded, one holding a camera. Behind them are a lattice screen and framed photographs, one showing a seated figure in white.

Photograph inside a thatched-roof hall during a ritual. A standing figure in an orange-saffron robe and matching orange turban holds up a brass lamp or ritual vessel toward an ornate tiered brass lamp stand with many lit flames. Behind a white altar with red trim, decorated with pink and white flower petals, a steel urn and brass bowls sit on a blue cloth. Seated devotees in white clothes with hands folded in prayer line the walls, and a white-clad attendant stands at right. Ceiling lights and a bamboo lattice window are visible.

A photograph inside a plain concrete-block hall during an evening ritual. A shaved-headed man in white dhoti and orange shawl stands at left, gesturing with one hand toward a seated figure. Seated on a white-draped chair at right is a long-haired man in an orange robe with a rudraksha mala, legs bare and feet on a red mat, appearing to receive the ritual. On the floor before him sit a man in white with an orange shawl and a group of seated devotees; silver ritual vessels and small oil lamps rest on woven mats. Standing behind are men in white kurtas and dhotis, several wearing green-and-white garlands, and a woman in a green sari. A red cloth hangs at right beside a carved stone pillar. The seated figure with long hair, orange robe and rudraksha is a probable Swamiji candidate by appearance; identity remains uncertain.

A photograph of a temple ritual in a pink-walled room with brass oil lamps on tall stands. Several men perform a puja. A bare-chested priest in orange dhoti with white sacred markings on his chest and arms sits before a large steel plate and a small wooden platform, with a flower garland and coconut in front of him. Beside him another man in orange and white reaches toward a lamp. A man in white dhoti sits at left, a man in a blue-and-white garment sits at right, and a man in orange dhoti and a pink cloth stands at far right adjusting his hair. Brass vessels and a decorated pot stand nearby.

A photograph of a puja inside a covered hall with white walls and a corrugated roof. On the right, a bald man in saffron robes with a rudraksha mala and a dark sacred thread sits behind a brass puja tray, holding a small silver vessel. Two young men in white dhotis and saffron shawls stand at the tray, one holding a silver plate of offerings and the other with spectacles. A young man in a saffron shawl and white kurta presses his palms together nearby. Brass and silver vessels, a brass kalasha, pink flowers and a lotus leaf sit on the table. Colourful painted pillars with floral and bird motifs rise behind, and a standing crowd fills the background.

A photograph of a covered ashram hall where several robed monastics stand in a row with hands folded in prayer, facing a shrine draped with red-orange curtains and garlands of marigolds. Most wear saffron-orange robes with rudraksha or bead malas; one older man in white and another in pink-orange stand among them. On the left, brass ritual vessels, a bell and lamps sit on a patterned cloth. A dark cylindrical object with a red band and a metal bowl are at the foreground. Walls show framed photographs.

A photograph inside a thatched-roof temple hall with woven bamboo lattice walls and hanging brass oil lamps. A figure in an orange saffron wrap and orange turban pours liquid from a brass vessel on a ritual table while raising a lit lamp, with a silver kalasha-like urn and brass plates on the altar. A bald man in white clothing stands at left watching, and a seated person in pale clothing presses palms together at right. A standing person in a dark top is near a speaker on the wall. A purple-and-white bird emblem hangs in the upper left corner.

A temple hall with a corrugated roof and a shrine behind a red-and-white railing, where a deity murti with a red-and-gold backdrop and garlands is visible. In the centre, a man with long dark hair wears an orange saffron garment, a rudraksha mala and a visible throne-style seat behind him, greeting a devotee in white dhoti who has palms pressed together. Beside him, a shaved-headed attendant in orange robes and a rudraksha mala holds a silver tray. Devotees in white and yellow garments stand along the railing with hands joined in namaskar. Oil lamps and offerings are placed on the floor. The scene reflects a darshan or pada puja at a temple. Swamiji (probable) is the long-haired figure in orange with the rudraksha mala, identified by the orange robe, long swept hair and mala cues, while the attendant and devotees are priests and devotees.
