April 04 20132013-04-04April 04 20132013-04-04A photograph of a ceremonial reception in a temple-style hall with a painted backdrop showing a deity figure with a crown and trident. A standing person in an orange-red dhoti and a light patterned shawl, wearing rudraksha beads, a gold necklace and an armlet, smiles and stands before a gold-carved throne draped with red velvet and a tiger-skin cloth. Two men in white shirts and white dhotis bow low and touch the feet of the standing person; one leans forward with hands folded and the other kneels on the carpet. A third man in a white shirt and dark trousers stands at left with hands clasped, and a fourth figure in a blue-striped shirt holds a green cloth. Four people are visible.2014-04-04 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne with red velvet cushions and a tiger-skin cloth. The seated figure wears an orange-red turban, a long rudraksha mala with gold ornaments, and an orange-red robe with yellow trim, with a shawl over the shoulder. A man in white kurta-dhoti bends forward to touch or offer something at the golden lion-head armrest, while a bare-chested man in a white dhoti with a beaded necklace stands behind and a boy in white shirt and grey trousers stands at left. A pale pink cloth or offering lies on the red platform.2015-11-22A seated man in an orange-saffron dhoti-style robe and rudraksha mala sits on an ornate gold throne with red velvet cushions and a golden lion armrest, a tiger-striped cloth draped over the seat. A devotee in a white shirt and white trousers bends low, touching the seated man's feet, while a second figure partly stands behind. The backdrop is a painted temple-style wall with a multi-armed deity holding a trident and a mace, pink and green pillars, and brass oil lamps stand at the right. The seated figure has long swept-back hair, gold bangles and a ceremonial gold necklace, consistent with the Swamiji (probable) appearance cues. Four people are visible.2013-04-04May 01 20122012-05-01 +2 copiesA seated man on an ornate gold throne with red tiger-striped cushions is receiving devotion in a decorated hall.
