A man in a red-and-maroon dhoti and turban, wearing a large red and yellow marigold garland and gold bangles, sits on an ornate gold-and-red cushioned throne with a golden lion armrest. Several devotees stand and bend forward; one man in a white shirt and white dhoti leans down to touch the feet of the seated figure. A woman in a green kurta with orange shawl and a man in a striped shirt stand nearby with folded hands, and a priest in an orange-brown dhoti stands at left. Gold pillars with pink lotus capitals frame the background. Only the seated figure's appearance is consistent with the page's named teacher, so the identity remains uncertain.2013-11-17Photo of a ceremonial reception on a stage. A man seated on an ornate gold throne with red cushions wears a red-and-orange turban-style headdress, a dark red garment, gold bangles and a large garland of red, orange and yellow flowers. Devotees bow before him: a woman in an orange-and-brown sari with green borders presses her palms together, a man in a white shirt bends forward, and a woman in a green top and orange shawl bows low at his feet. A shaven-headed man in white with a white forehead mark stands at left, and a young person in orange sits near the edge. A golden lion sculpture rests at the throne's base, with a red curtain and blue wall behind.2013-11-17April 27 20122012-04-27Photo 117247622012-04-27April 27 20122012-04-27May 29 20132013-05-29
