Photo of a procession inside an unfinished brick hall with bare concrete floor and a patterned mat. A bare-chested man in a blue and red dhoti carries a silver tray on the left, and a young man in a white dhoti with an orange shawl holds an orange umbrella beside him. At centre, a smiling man wears an orange cloth wrap, a long-haired swept-back style, a gold ceremonial necklace and a forehead mark; he has distinctive ceremonial gold adornment and orange clothing. To the right, an older man in a cream shawl and white dhoti with a red bead necklace carries a tray, and a young man in a blue checked shirt holds a tray of flowers. Several onlookers stand and sit in the background.2012-09-24 +1 copiesSeptember 24 20122012-09-24May 22 20122012-05-22A photograph inside a building with a wooden door and a grille window. In the centre, a man with long swept-back dark hair and a red-and-white forehead mark wears an orange shawl over his shoulders and a thick ornate gold bead necklace with a gold pendant. Behind him, two younger men in orange robes walk, one wearing a rudraksha mala. On the right, an elderly white-haired man with a white moustache and tilak wears white clothes with a rainbow sash. Several other people are partially visible at the left edge and in the background. The visible cues on the central man (long hair, orange shawl, gold beaded necklace) are consistent with Swamiji (probable), appearing in person and walking with attendants.2012-09-24A photograph of a ritual scene in a hall with a glossy floor, a projector screen and a blue-grey curtain at the back. A central figure with long swept-back dark hair, a red bindi, a saffron-orange garment and multiple gold-toned beaded necklaces walks forward, carrying a folded orange cloth in his hands and a white tray. Around him, men in white dhotis with red-bordered shawls sit or stand on orange mats; one palms together in greeting. Brass and copper plates with offerings lie on the floor. At right, a gilded golden throne with a red cushion stands on a draped orange table beside cameras on tripods. Men in white and yellow ritual dress attend.2011-01-23May 22 20122012-05-22 +1 copiesSeptember 24 20122012-09-24May 07 20122012-05-07June 10 20172017-06-10June 05 20122012-06-05A procession walks along a red carpet under a tented pavilion with tan and white draping and stacked chairs. In the foreground, a smiling man in a dark red-orange dhoti and shawl with gold borders, a red turban, and a thick gold-beaded necklace walks forward, a red-and-gold cord visible at his waist. Behind him, several men in saffron-orange robes with gold borders and rudraksha malas follow, along with men in white dhotis and red-orange shawls, and a few women in saffron saris and a child in the background. Tie colours to owners: the lead figure wears the turban and gold necklace; others wear plain white or saffron garments. Strong appearance cues on the lead figure (red turban, gold necklace, saffron-gold attire) are consistent with a person candidate in a ceremonial procession, though the image is not conclusive.2015-07-25December 20 20062006-12-20
