To the right, a shaved-headed priest in orange holding a tray of offerings and fruit wears a beaded necklace. Each tray holds a green coconut wrapped in a coloured cloth (blue, green, maroon, purple, black) with flowers and grains, and yellow petals are being placed on them. A central figure in a maroon-and-gold robe and a dark red turban, with a long beaded mala, stands with hands joined at the chest. Nearby, a bare-chested sadhu with a white dhoti and rudraksha malas kneels among the trays, and a man in white with a saffron shawl holds flowers. The scene reads as a puja-style offering ceremony with abhishekam-type preparation.2015-01-13March 01 20182018-03-01Outdoor ritual under a white canopy with haze.
