Inside the shrine, a deity murti decorated with a crown and multicoloured garlands sits on a white-draped seat with a brass kalasha and lamps, and a bright yellow-robed deity stands behind. Brass lamps and ritual vessels are arranged on the stone platform, and red-and-white striped pillars and a red curtain frame the scene. A small mat lies on the floor. Photographed from the side, the man's face is not visible.2010-10-23January 02 20132013-01-02December 07 20072007-12-07December 23 20102010-12-23December 25 20062006-12-25A photograph of a temple shrine with a pillared stone canopy and red curtain. A figure in orange robes with long dark hair pours water from a brass vessel over a prostrate devotee lying on a white cloth on the wet stone floor. Brass oil lamps and a kalasha stand before them. In the foreground at right, a standing devotee in orange robes faces a framed portrait of a man in orange robes and a white mala, garlanded with white and red flowers and placed on a red chair with an orange cloth. A small offering tray with brass vessels sits at lower left.2009-12-13January 03 20082008-01-03A temple ritual photograph with an orange-robed priest bending over a fire-pit homa beside a shrine of deity murtis draped in garlands of marigold and red flowers. The priest wears a saffron dhoti and has a shaved head with a rudraksha-style mala at his neck. A kneeling assistant in white ritual cloth tends the offerings, which include marigold petals, dried twigs, a bowl of food and brass lamps. Behind them, a figure in an orange robe stands beside a golden kalasha-topped structure and deity figures in red cloth. Orange curtains frame the scene.2010-11-12March 27 20132013-03-27
