Many men and women fill the frame, some in white dhotis and shirts with rudraksha-style malas, others in colourful saris, salwar and a black t-shirt. A woman in a red and green sari claps in the lower left, and a smiling young man in a black shirt with a red tilak raises both hands at right. Metal barrier railings separate rows of seated people, and a white-walled room with a grilled window and a framed picture is behind them. No single speaker is clearly identifiable in the crowd.

A large seated congregation fills a hall during a satsang. Most people wear white or cream clothing, including men in white shirts and women in white saris, while several women in orange and red saris and blue and multicoloured garments sit among them. Many have their palms pressed together in anjali, and some wear flowers in their hair, kumkum on the forehead, and beaded or gold necklaces. Plain white-walled pillars and wooden doors line the back of the room. No speaker or a person candidate is visible in this frame, so the view shows only the attending devotees.

A large audience of devotees sits cross-legged on a bare concrete floor inside a covered hall with a corrugated metal roof and fluorescent tube lights. Most wear white ritual clothes, several with white or orange-bordered shawls and beaded necklaces. A man in the foreground left with an orange shawl holds a camera at his shoulder and looks toward the front. A woman in white with a yellow-bordered sari sits with hands pressed together in namaste. In the bottom right corner a monk in orange robes with a rudraksha mala sits with palms joined. Framed photographs and banners line the far wall behind a metal railing, and a standing man in white stands at the right edge. Several people in the crowd are visibly smiling, and some are seated on a raised area near the rear. The setting appears to be a satsang or discourse gathering.
