A man in a white shirt and beige trousers kneels beside her, guiding the strands with his hands. At left, a shaved-headed priest in saffron-orange robes with a gold-beaded necklace and white sandalwood marks on his arms and forehead kneels and reads from a small book. Behind them, several children and an adult stand, and a gold-framed altar with silver items is visible. Printed copyright and source text overlays the lower right.2012-07-20 +2 copiesJuly 20 20122012-07-20August 01 20142014-08-01July 20 20122012-07-20November 10 20132013-11-10July 18 20142014-07-18 +1 copiesOctober 28 20132013-10-28July 07 20142014-07-07 +1 copiesJuly 25 20142014-07-25A photograph of a puja inside a decorated room with pastel walls and red trim. A man with long hair in a saffron robe, a garland of white and red flowers over his shoulders and a rudraksha mala, stands at right holding a silver ceremonial staff. Seated at centre, a young saffron-robed priest with a shaved head and tripundra marks tends a brass vessel. Nearby, a man in a white shirt and a woman in a cream sari with gold border kneel at offerings, while an elderly woman in a purple sari and an older man in saffron and a white beard stand with hands folded. A fruit plate sits on a tray at right. A poster of baby Krishna hangs on the upper left wall. Several onlookers stand in the background.2014-07-04 +1 copiesA photograph of an indoor seated gathering in a plain yellow-walled room with a window with wooden shutters. A smiling person with long swept-back hair, wearing an orange-and-maroon garment, a white-flower garland and beaded rudraksha-style necklaces, sits on an ornate silver-and-red throne with raised palms. Before him, a man in a white dhoti and shawl kneels with palms joined, and a woman in a light blue sari with a flower garland sits with hands folded. Behind them, two young men in saffron-orange robes stand, one holding a tall silver trident-like staff, while a third in white dhoti holds a wooden tray of fruit and flowers. A seated elderly man and a small child in yellow appear at the left edge, and a devotee's head is visible in the lower foreground. The scene resembles a devotional greeting or blessing with ritual items.2014-07-10
