A seated figure in a red-maroon robe draped over one shoulder, wearing a red-and-pink turban with beaded trim, a long gold-bead necklace of large round gold ornaments, and pink-and-gold armbands and bangles, reaches out with a hand toward a man in a dark navy shirt who kneels and bows with palms pressed together. Around them, women in white and grey stand on a red carpet while a few people in white garments move in the background; red draped fabric forms the backdrop. A visible white-clothed woman with a dark bead mala and a white card in hand watches the exchange. The seated figure's appearance and distinctive adornments are consistent with the a person candidate, shown here in an in-person ritual or darshan setting; the kneeling man is a devotee in a dark shirt. Visible people total about six or seven, including partial figures at the edges.2014-07-18A photograph of a ceremonial gathering under a light lavender tent. A seated figure in a rust-red robe and matching red-orange turban, wearing layered beaded necklaces and a garland of marigolds and multicoloured flowers, smiles broadly on an ornate gilded throne. Beside them, a man in white clothes bends forward to offer something at their hands. To the left, two attendants in rust and saffron-orange robes and turbans stand near the seat, one gripping a cloth. A woman in a white garment with red-brown beads and a rudraksha-style mala stands at right. Behind the throne, a deity murti is garlanded with red, white and multicoloured flowers beneath a carved golden arch. Some gilded chairs and a red-cushioned seat are visible in the foreground.2015-01-13August 01 20142014-08-01September 14 20152015-09-14A photograph of a devotee receiving attention from a robed figure at an indoor event. In the foreground, a person wearing an orange-red turban, an ornate gold-beaded necklace and an orange-yellow garment with gold bangles leans in and holds the chest-area scarf of a bearded young man in white ritual clothing and an orange-red scarf printed with mantras, with a red tilak on his forehead and a red-and-orange wristband. Behind them, several women in white saris and white tops with red-and-white lanyards stand with hands folded in anjali, and an ornate gold-framed mirror and a decorated table appear at right. The person in the turban has long swept-back hair and distinctive ceremonial adornments, which may match the page's description of a person, but the appearance is not certain enough to confirm identity.2015-09-11A photograph of a blessing moment during a satsang. A man in saffron-orange robes with a gold-yellow border and a beaded rudraksha-style necklace extends his right hand to rest on the head of a young boy in a white shirt with an orange-and-red shawl, a red beaded bracelet on his wrist. Behind them a woman in white with an orange shawl and a dark rudraksha mala smiles, and other children in orange shawls wait. Brass lamps and a red draped cloth stand in the background, with a pedestal fan at right. Probable Swamiji appearance cues: the man has a swept-back hair bun, saffron robes and rudraksha beads, and the page identifies him as Swamiji.2015-07-19A photograph of a Kalpataru darshan event under a red tent. In the foreground, a figure in a saffron-orange turban and an orange-brown wrap, with long dreadlocked hair and a white and green flower garland, extends a hand to receive an offering from a kneeling man in a pink shirt who holds bananas. Behind them, devotees in orange and red saris and a man in an orange robe with a gold-coloured necklace stand close together. A young boy in red and a woman in a white outfit with a red shawl are nearby. A cameraman films at the upper left. The gold-coloured item at centre appears to be a ritual object. Several people in the crowd are visible.2016-04-29September 11 20152015-09-11A seated figure in a rust-red turban and draped rust-red and saffron robes, wearing a red and white flower garland, extends a hand in blessing over the head of a kneeling devotee in an orange-bordered sari. Beside them a brass lamp stands on a golden throne, with a banana and small copper vessels nearby. A woman in white with a rudraksha mala and a standing man in white with a sacred thread and wrist beads watch on, while a woman in a red garment stands behind. Gold ornate carving and a red cushioned seat frame the scene. The turban wearer's appearance is consistent with a person, based on the turban, garland and seated central role, though this is uncertain.2015-11-08October 08 20152015-10-08August 02 20152015-08-02A seated man in saffron-red robes and an orange-red turban with gold embroidery sits on an ornate gold and red throne with a lion-head armrest, holding a banana and touching the head of a kneeling man in a grey shirt with hands in anjali mudra. Two women in white stand behind, one wearing rudraksha beads, and an older woman in a patterned shawl and glasses watches. Baskets of bananas sit on the red carpet, and a silver staff rests nearby. Probable Swamiji on the throne is seated with rudraksha and gold necklaces, bracelets and a turban, giving blessing. The scene suggests a darshan blessing with fruit offering.2014-07-23
