A seated man in a red-maroon robe with a red-and-white flower garland and gold necklaces sits on a red and gold throne, adorned with gold armlets and bangles, with a white tilak on his forehead and long swept-back hair. He holds and arranges a strand of red and white flowers on a golden staff. Beside him, a bare-chested man in a white dhoti with a garland offers a silver tray of fruit, including oranges, apples and a mango. Gold-coloured hangings and a white fan appear in the background. Appearance cues with distinctive adornments and a throne suggest a person presence, but the seated figure's identity is not established by face and is listed as unsure.2016-07-02January 06 20182018-01-06Photograph of a ritual exchange in a temple setting.
