Photograph of a ritual exchange in a temple setting. On the right, a seated figure in red robes wears a red flower garland with white jasmine strands, gold necklaces, gold armlets and a white vibhuti band on the forehead, receiving a small bundle of green leaves and flowers. On the left, a bare-chested priest in a white dhoti with a gold-trimmed cloth over his shoulder holds the offering and a brass vessel, while a tall gold trident-topped staff stands between them. Gold ornate throne elements and a fan appear behind them, with greenery visible through an open doorway.

A seated man in a red-maroon robe with a red-and-white flower garland and gold necklaces sits on a red and gold throne, adorned with gold armlets and bangles, with a white tilak on his forehead and long swept-back hair. He holds and arranges a strand of red and white flowers on a golden staff. Beside him, a bare-chested man in a white dhoti with a garland offers a silver tray of fruit, including oranges, apples and a mango. Gold-coloured hangings and a white fan appear in the background. Appearance cues with distinctive adornments and a throne suggest a person presence, but the seated figure's identity is not established by face and is listed as unsure.2016-07-02July 03 20162016-07-03July 02 20162016-07-02November 24 20152015-11-24A photo of a seated figure in a red velvet and silver throne receiving a ritual offering from a bare-chested priest in white dhoti with a pink headwrap and a green-and-gold border.
