Above the linga, on a raised platform, a man in a red-orange garment with a white flower garland stands between two attendants in white, one holding a conch-like vessel and another handling ritual items, consistent with abhishekam. Gold ornamental arch and red and orange flags frame the scene, and seated devotees in white fill the stands below.2017-05-24May 24 20172017-05-24A large black stone Shivling in a sanctuary-like arrangement stands at the centre, draped with bands of marigold garlands in red, orange, yellow, green and white, with a golden horseshoe-shaped arch framing it at left. Three white horizontal bands with a round disc are painted or set on the lingam's face. Standing on the raised platform around its base are several figures in saffron and red clothing, one with long dark hair and a garland, with a small attendant beside him. Tiered rows of seated white-clad devotees and stone figures fill the terraced stands below. Red-brick buildings, red flags and a white railing surround the open ground at dusk.2017-05-24August 14 20172017-08-14
