A large black stone Shivling in a sanctuary-like arrangement stands at the centre, draped with bands of marigold garlands in red, orange, yellow, green and white, with a golden horseshoe-shaped arch framing it at left. Three white horizontal bands with a round disc are painted or set on the lingam's face. Standing on the raised platform around its base are several figures in saffron and red clothing, one with long dark hair and a garland, with a small attendant beside him. Tiered rows of seated white-clad devotees and stone figures fill the terraced stands below. Red-brick buildings, red flags and a white railing surround the open ground at dusk.
