A photograph of two shaved-headed men in white ritual dhotis seated on blue flooring before a wooden swing bed with carved headboard, draped white sheet, colourful cushions and a purple and green cloth. A brass kalasha-style vessel sits on a patterned cloth on the bed. The man on the left, with a rudraksha mala and a white forehead mark, holds a lit oil lamp to the bed while facing it. The man on the right wears a gold necklace and sits with his back to the camera beside a tray of ritual items. Two physical people are visible. No candidate is clearly identifiable from appearance, so the figures are described by role as priests performing an aarti-style lamp offering.2010-12-17December 17 20102010-12-17A photograph inside a small room with blue curtains and a blue-covered floor.
