Outdoor ashram scene on a paved courtyard with palm trees and red-roofed buildings behind. Two orange-saffron chairs are occupied: on the left an older man in orange robes and a black-and-white beaded mala, hands folded, looking to the side; beside him a smiling woman in a rust-red sari with a long braid, gesturing with her hands. On the right a young man in rust-red robes with a gold border and a beaded mala holds a metal bowl. Behind them, several people in white dhotis sit or stand near a fan and a red-and-white vehicle with a printed portrait. The older man in orange is a probable match for a person based on his orange robes and mala, seated in a chair rather than the person being presented as the centre of attention; identity uncertain from appearance alone.2015-01-03January 03 20152015-01-03Night outdoor fire ritual with a large open-flamed homa pit in the foreground, its flames rising high. Two other men in white and orange sit beside him, one with a rudraksha mala. A man with long dark swept-back hair and a gold necklace of large gold beads and a pendant wears a bright saffron-orange dhoti and matching shawl with maroon-and-gold border, and orange sandals; he smiles and gestures with one hand. Behind him a second man in lighter orange robes stands beside a grey minivan. Black sandals rest on the ground, and a partly visible white-clad person stands at the left edge. The probable identity rests on the saffron-orange clothing, the long hair and the ornate gold necklace, all visible on the foreground figure. A signboard and a green-roofed kiosk are in the background.2011-10-26January 03 20152015-01-03January 03 20152015-01-03A seated man in saffron-orange robes and a long gold bead necklace with rudraksha malas sits on an ornate silver throne with a leopard-print cushion, holding a small red flower in his raised hand.
