A man in a checked white-and-grey short-sleeved shirt and orange dhoti with yellow border crouches on a paved courtyard, using a handheld gas torch with a blue-and-orange flame to heat a small metal dish set on a brick. Nearby stands a stacked brick hearth holding a metal bowl, a steel drum containing ash and charcoal, a plastic bucket, a blue tub with tools, and gas cylinders in the background. A red thread is tied on his wrist. The scene suggests metal melting or refining work.

A photograph of a metalworker using a handheld brass torch with a blue-orange flame to heat a small silver-coloured piece placed on a perforated copper disc resting on stacked bricks. A metal drum filled with grey charcoal ash stands at left, and a small metal cup sits on a brick block at right. Sections of a patterned orange and yellow cloth sleeve are visible on the worker's arm. The setting is a tiled floor with scattered coals.

A photograph of a man seated on a paved floor working at a small metal brazier. He wears a white sleeveless top, a white dhoti with blue-edged borders, a rudraksha mala, and red wrist threads, and has glasses. He holds a metal tool in the flame to heat a small brown clay or metal dish, while a piece of paper bearing a red and white circular mandala design is set on the brazier. Around him are an orange basin with green-handled tools, a white plastic bucket, metal trays and utensils. The scene appears to be a craft or ritual preparation setting.

A close photograph of a hand holding a brass blowtorch whose blue-orange flame is aimed at a small round copper disc with many perforations. The disc sits on a rough terracotta brick, and a small clear glass or crystal piece is set in its centre. Beside it is a metal pot of grey ash and charcoal, a second brick with a small dish, and a dark wood surface. No people's faces are visible, and the scene shows metal heating work, with no ritual figures, deity murti or a person depicted.

A photo of a workshop where a man sits on the floor in a sleeveless white vest and a lavender-and-white dhoti, wearing gold-rimmed glasses and a red thread on his wrist. He is hammering a small gold piece on a metal anvil, with a pile of small beads or grains in a steel bowl beside him. A white Styrofoam-topped table holds more small beads, a mobile phone, a wristwatch and a green plastic bottle. Other tools, a red gas cylinder, a green machine and a cut white paper template lie on the floor.

A workshop photograph inside a covered open-sided hall where two men work on metal sculpture near a row of deity murti statues. On the left, a bare-chested man in a white sleeveless vest and white dhoti with a red thread on his wrist holds a tool over a metal pot with a blowing torch and burning charcoal, possibly soldering or casting metal. On the right, a man in a blue t-shirt and white dhoti sits cross-legged on a wooden board with tools and a red gas cylinder beside him. Behind them stand gilded and orange-robed deity statues on carved wooden pedestals, with framed religious prints on the wall and garlands at the left edge.
