November 20th 20162016-11-20A photograph of a ceremonial gathering indoors beside an ornate gold throne with a trident and carved pillars. A man with long dreadlocks wearing a rust-red turban, a garland of white and yellow flowers with red blossoms, and a rust-red cloth on his bare upper body sits at right, holding a small green-and-white paper leaflet that another man in a red-orange cloth and rudraksha mala bends forward to receive. Other men in white dhotis, mala-adorned devotees and saffron-clad attendees stand around them. A red cushioned seat is visible at right. The person with dreadlocks in a rust-red turban and garland is a sannyasi-appearing figure whose identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone, and the people are shown in a ritual or satsang setting.2016-11-20A photo of a temple-style ritual inside a room with a golden carved shrine backdrop and a brass trident on the right. A man seated in profile at right wears a rust-red turban, a garland of white flowers, yellow and red blooms and green leaves, and a dark dreadlocked hairstyle; he holds a sheet of paper and receives it near a red cushioned seat. Several men stand around him: one at left with a rudraksha mala and bare chest with white body markings, one in orange cloth with a long white beard and a hair bun, one in orange clothing bowing with a bead mala, and a younger man in white dhoti and yellow cloth holding papers. Two others stand in the background in white and orange garments. The setting suggests a devotional or ritual gathering.2016-11-20November 20 20162016-11-20November 20 20162016-11-20October 05 20172017-10-05A photograph of a ceremonial gathering in a room with pink walls and maroon curtains.
