A street procession in front of a yellow multi-storey building with green shutters and a bus marked in Tamil. A man in an orange-saffron robe with a long white flower garland and a rudraksha-style neck garland walks at centre, with long swept-back hair; his appearance is consistent with a sannyasi and he may be a person, though the face and build are not clearly enough to confirm. Around him, devotees in white dhotis and shirts walk barefoot, one bare-chested man in a red-orange shawl with a red garland, and a woman in a cream sari with a brown border carries a brass tray of flowers, bananas and fruit. A man in white at right carries a ceremonial staff-like object.2009-07-17July 17 20092009-07-17June 23 20142014-06-23 +2 copiesOutdoor photo of a procession on a dirt road under large shade trees. Around them, priests in white dhotis and shawls, one bare-chested man wearing a green silk waistcloth and a white garland, and women in cream and beige saris carry offering trays with flowers and fruit. Parked silver cars and a white van line the road behind them. The orange-robed central man is a person candidate by appearance: long swept-back hair, grey beard, saffron robe, leading the procession.2009-07-17July 13 20092009-07-13A procession moves along a dirt road past a bus, with saffron-robed monks and white-clad devotees walking in a crowd.
