A man in an orange saffron dhoti and shawl stands at left holding a brass lamp or puja vessel beside a lit oil flame on the base. Behind him, a person in white dhoti with a yellow sash stands near a yellow notice board. Pink flower petals are scattered across the stone platform in the foreground.
