Outdoor ritual scene before a wooded hill. A figure with long dark hair and bare upper body, wearing an orange-red dhoti and shawl, stands with back to camera facing a deity murti draped in orange cloth and adorned with red and white marigold garlands and a rudraksha-style necklace. Beside them a plate with offerings is held by someone at left edge, and a brass bowl sits on a blue pedestal at left. Behind the murti stand orange-red shipping-container style walls and a tall white obelisk pillar at right. Lush green hillside with rocky outcrops rises behind.

A photograph of a hillside shrine in a dry, rocky landscape with scrubby trees and palms. A single man with a shaved head, wearing an orange shirt and orange dhoti-style wrap, stands with his back to the camera, facing a small altar. On the altar is a framed portrait garlanded with red and white flowers and draped in orange cloth, beside a red flag on a pole and a multicoloured parasol. A garlanded cloth-covered stone with a printed image sits on the left, near rocks.

A woman in an orange sari stands on a rocky hillside with green scrub and bare granite outcrops behind her. She wears a long white and red flower garland and a rudraksha mala with dark beads. Her long black hair falls past her shoulders as she looks down. Beside her, a colourful umbrella with blue, red, orange and tasselled trim shelters a framed portrait of a woman in orange, decorated with pink flower garlands. Another umbrella shows at the lower left edge.

A photograph of a bearded man with long dark hair seated on a red-cushioned chair on a tiled platform outdoors, wearing an orange-red shawl and dhoti. A wooden-looking chair sits beside a small striped mat. Behind him stand white concrete pillars, a red brick wall, and stacked orange-brown shipping containers. A tall wooded hill rises in the background under a pale sky, and a blue-black metal lamp stand with a dish is at right. A parked silver car is partly visible at left.

Outdoor photo at a hillside site with a rocky, scrubby mountain rising behind a row of rust-coloured shipping containers under a corrugated roof. In the foreground a bare-chested priest in an orange dhoti and orange shawl stands on a raised stone platform, holding a ritual lamp aloft over a seated figure. The seated figure wears a pink garment, a red-beaded mala and a gold necklace, and sits on a brown seat beneath a multicoloured ceremonial umbrella with a tasselled fringe. Concrete pillars frame the platform, a white car is parked at left, and a woman in white stands at the right edge. The seated figure has distinctive long hair and ornate clothing, but the identity is uncertain, so the candidate is described only by appearance.

A figure in a saffron-orange dhoti and wrap stands barefoot on a concrete platform, holding an oil lamp (aarti) toward a large black stone Shivalinga on a circular yoni-pitha base. Many smaller black lingas fill the foreground rows. Behind them are a red-and-white shipping-container building and a wooded hill under a pale sky. The figure has long dark hair, a purple hair ornament, and a beaded bracelet on the upper arm, consistent with a Shiva-linga abhishekam or aarti setting.

Outdoors on a rocky hillside under a bright blue sky, a woman in a dark red saree stands at left with her back to the camera, facing a life-sized statue seated on a red-draped stone platform. The statue wears a gold-coloured crown, a dark ornate garment, and garlands of white and marigold flowers. Above it a yellow umbrella and a dark patterned umbrella shade the figure. At right a tall golden trident is wrapped with white flower garlands and small bells hang from it. Green shrubs and a forested mountain slope fill the background.
