Two figures in white dhotis and a figure in red stand inside near an altar or deity murti at the entrance, with an oil lamp burning in front. A man in white dhoti with a gold border stands with his arm around a woman in an orange-red sari. Beside them a man in a yellow-green dhoti and white cloth holds a burning lamp, and a bare-chested man in a white dhoti with a yellow shawl stands nearby. On the right a uniformed police officer in khaki with a brown belt watches. Ornate decorated pillars frame the doorway, and a painted panel with figures hangs above. The page excerpt mentions a Madurai Aadheenam guru puja and procession, but the image shows only the shrine scene.2012-06-05September 11 20122012-09-11 +1 copiesPhoto 11732836Photo 11680916 +1 copiesPhoto 11732842 +1 copiesPhoto 11732166Photo 11730617 +1 copiesPhotograph inside a temple shrine doorway with painted mural panels above.
