May 15 20182018-05-15Photo 11716832 +1 copiesA person with long dreadlocked black hair hangs over a grey stone ledge, face hidden, bowing deeply toward a shrine. The person wears a rust-brown dhoti or wrap with a gold-toned border, gold bangles and layered gold necklaces. A garland of red, yellow and pink flowers with green leaves drapes over the shoulder and back. Blurred orange cloth, green banana leaves and a bright flower arrangement sit in the background, and a small ornate metal carving is mounted on the ledge. The scene looks like a temple or ashram devotional moment; the figure is not clearly identified as a person, so the presentation cues are insufficient.2017-12-31A photograph of a person prostrating face-down on a stone floor in a temple setting, wearing a rust-orange dhoti and long dark dreadlocked hair with a white flower garland. Standing around them are devotees in orange and white ritual clothing, some bare-chested with ash and sandalwood markings and rudraksha malas, holding white cloth and a floral garland. A man in a teal top and blue trousers stands at left, and a photographer with a camera is visible at right. The stone floor and granite walls suggest a temple precinct during a visit with prostration.2017-02-06December 31 20172017-12-31February 13 20182018-02-13September 11 20122012-09-11 +1 copiesApril 29 20182018-04-29September 27 20172017-09-27 +1 copiesA bare-backed man lies prostrate in full length on a dark grey stone floor beside a dark stone plinth of a temple, in a ritual obeisance. He wears a rust-orange dhoti with gold border and has flower garlands of yellow, red and white around his neck and head, with a rudraksha-style bead bracelet on his wrist. Standing around him are several people in orange and saffron robes and white and cream dhotis with gold borders, some holding folded cloths. The setting appears to be a temple courtyard with a stone floor and a metal pole at right.2018-04-29A photograph of a figure with long dreadlocked black hair bending forward to press their forehead against a carved stone ledge or altar. The person wears a rust-orange draped garment with a gold-trimmed edge, a long garland of pink flowers over one shoulder, gold bangles and gold earrings. A rolled orange-red cloth sits on the stone ledge beside them, and a brass lamp stand with a small figure stands in the background. The gesture resembles obeisance at a temple shrine. a person: the long matted hair, saffron-orange garment and ornamental jewellery match the page's claim, though the face is largely hidden.2016-12-03A photograph of a single person in a temple setting bowing forward with the head resting low on a stone ledge. The person wears a rust-orange garment draped over the shoulder, a long pink and white flower garland, gold bangles on the upper arm, and has long black dreadlocked hair falling down the back. Beside them a folded rust-coloured cloth lies on the ledge. Behind the ledge stand polished brass lamp stands and a brass lion figure, a carved stone lion relief, and a small orange-clad deity murti under an arch. A purple flower is visible at the left edge.
