In the foreground, several shaved-headed men wear saffron-orange robes, rudraksha malas and white tilak marks on their foreheads and arms, seated on mats before brass plates, small brass lamps and kalasha-style vessels. Behind them, a wide crowd of seated devotees fills the room, many in white and some in orange, with red curtains, air conditioners and a pillar-lined floor.
