September 15 20162016-09-15A young man with dreadlocked hair and white tilak markings sits cross-legged on bare earth, hands pressed in anjali, bare-chested and wearing orange dhoti, rudraksha mala and beaded bracelet. Standing behind him are devotees in orange and white robes and a woman in a green saree, all with hands folded. In front are silver plates, a pot, incense sticks and a banana-leaf offering; to the right a gourd-shaped object is garlanded with yellow marigolds and draped with a beaded necklace, set in a wicker basket. The scene appears to be an outdoor puja or ritual. The young man's identity is not established by appearance here, so no a person candidate is asserted.2016-09-15May 13 20182018-05-13 +1 copiesAugust 12 20162016-08-12 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated man in orange saffron robes performing a puja at a temple shrine at night.
