February 09 20122012-02-09A photo inside a temple-like hall with a gilded throne and a deity murti behind it. A smiling man in an orange-saffron robe with a gold necklace sits on a red-cushioned gold throne. Two devotees kneel before him on a red mat: a woman in a white sari with red border, and a bald man in white clothes, both reaching toward him. A woman in a green silk sari with gold motifs sits in front of the throne with her back to the camera, and a small girl in a pink top stands at the right. The scene suggests darshan or padapuja. Sarva-darshan context is shown in the page title, but the image itself does not confirm it. The man in orange is a person candidate by appearance cues: saffron robe, gold necklaces and a throne.2012-02-09A photograph of a ceremonial padapuja at a festival stage. A figure in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back hair, a rudraksha mala and a ceremonial gold necklace sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, holding a staff, surrounded by marigold garlands. Two devotees bow at his feet: one in a checked shirt and grey trousers, another in a green sari. A man in white kurta and a sannyasi in orange stand to the left with hands folded, a woman in a red and grey sari with folded hands stands at right, and a gilded lion figure sits beside the throne. Behind is a large banner with a smiling portrait and a painted goddess figure. The appearance-based label is a person, seated in the centre. The scene shows Navaratri-day worship with garlands and devotees bowing.2008-10-03A photograph of a satsang-style gathering in an indoor hall. A man with long swept-back hair, wearing an orange-saffron shawl over his clothing, sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne-like chair on a raised platform at the right, hands folded in his lap, and a microphone is set on a small table beside him with a tray of flower petals and fruit. Facing him on the floor are several men with shaved heads in white dhotis with maroon borders, some wearing rudraksha malas and tilak, several with hands folded in namaskar. A woman in white with a lanyard and a woman in a cream sari with folded hands kneel nearby. A dark blue curtain and pale wall form the background, with a small projector or monitor at the right edge. a person: the seated figure's long swept-back hair, saffron shawl and throne seating fit the page's cues, though identity is uncertain from appearance alone.2011-01-21February 17 20132013-02-17A photograph of a seated man on an ornate gold throne with a red velvet seat and a gold canopy with hanging leaf ornaments. He wears an orange saffron shawl over his shoulders, a rudraksha mala necklace, and a red-and-white vertical mark on his forehead, with hands resting in his lap. A matching orange-draped figure is a presiding Swamiji (probable) on the peetha: the long hair, ornate saffron clothing and rudraksha mala are visible cues. Golden oil lamps with lit flames and orange and red flower arrangements flank the throne. In front, a golden base holds flower offerings and pink lotus blooms, with incense sticks and a silver plate of offerings. Around the platform, several women in white saris with yellow shawls and a shaven-headed man in white ritual dress sit facing the throne, seen from behind. A backdrop depicts a temple gopuram-style archway with deity imagery.2011-02-02February 17 20132013-02-17A photograph of a seated figure on a red velvet throne with gold-carved side panels and a painted backdrop of red and blue arches. Six people sit on a carpet in front of the throne: a woman in a teal sari on the left, a woman in a yellow top beside her, a man in white shirt with hands folded, a woman in a red blouse and white sari, a woman in an orange and green sari with hands folded, and a bald older man in white beside a woman in a brown sari with hands in prayer. Brass oil lamps flank the throne, and silver trays holding flowers and offerings sit on the floor in front.2012-10-15A photograph of a ceremonial padapuja scene on a stage before deep burgundy velvet drapes. A seated figure on an ornate gold throne with carved lion finials wears saffron-orange robes, a red bindi, a gold necklace and gold armbands; the figure's long hair is tied up. Their forearms are extended forward. Before the throne, a woman in an orange and white checked sari kneels with her head bowed, and a man in a pink shirt and dark trousers kneels beside her, holding a small brass vessel and a red-lidded tray. Two shaven-headed men in saffron robes stand behind, one leaning forward. Patterned red carpet covers the floor. Whether the seated figure is the a person is an appearance-based judgment; cues such as long hair, saffron clothing, gold ornaments and the throne are present but the image does not establish identity with confidence.2013-01-20September 05 20122012-09-05A seated figure in orange robes and a long rudraksha mala sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions in front of a large painted temple backdrop with pillars and deity figures. Devotees in white and cream clothes sit on the floor with hands joined in namaskar, some wearing green and yellow shawls. Brass plates with fruit and offerings rest on a rug before the throne. The scene resembles a satsang or darshan setting. The seated figure has long swept-back hair and saffron clothing with distinctive rudraksha adornments, which is consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji, so the appearance-based label is Swamiji (probable).2010-10-20January 04 20132013-01-04
