July 07 20092009-07-07A satsang held in a red-draped tent with a golden ornate throne at centre. A person with long dark hair, wearing an orange robe, a white flower garland and a rudraksha-style mala, sits on the throne with a golden trident placed beside it and a golden parasol overhead. A deity murti in blue and gold garments with a flower garland stands at left on a white-covered table laden with brass lamps and vessels. Several women in orange and white saris sit on green mats around brass plates of offerings, and a shaved-headed devotee in white sits at the lower edge. Monitors and cables are set up at right for live broadcast. Appearance-based candidate on the throne: a person, seated with rudraksha mala, garland and orange robe.2013-02-06July 20 20122012-07-20January 31 20132013-01-31Photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne with red velvet cushion, decorated with white and red flower garlands and a painted forest backdrop. The central figure wears an orange-saffron garment, a pink and white flower garland, and a red tilak on the forehead, and holds a silver trident; the presentation is consistent with a person by long swept-back hair and saffron clothing, placed as the seated teacher. A younger woman in white sari kneels before him with her head bowed, and a man in orange with a gold necklace stands at left beside a gold trident and kalasha-like ornament. Several women with dark hair are seen from behind in the foreground, one with a yellow flower in her hair. Setting is a decorated tent with a white draped ceiling, consistent with a darshan or devotee reception.2009-07-07A photograph of a ceremonial stage set for a puja. A seated man in the centre sits on an ornate gold throne with carved lion arms, a red cushion and a tiger-striped seat cover, wearing an orange-red garment, a red garland and several beaded necklaces, and holding a silver tray. Two men in white dhotis and a woman in yellow sari with a red shawl sit on the left, and several women in orange and yellow saris sit on the right, with brass lamps and silver ritual items on low tables, a trident and peacock-feather standards in the background, and a golden kalasha-style column at each side. The seated figure's identity is not established from appearance, so this is described by role only.2016-05-24May 09 20142014-05-09April 26 20172017-04-26A seated man on an ornate gold throne with a rounded back sits centrally before a dark backdrop with painted orange and yellow shapes and a tree trunk with hanging roots. He wears a deep red-maroon robe with a gold-bordered cloth, a rudraksha mala with a large pendant, and a red bindi on his forehead; his hands rest folded in his lap. A tall silver trident stands to the right, and green potted plants flank the dais. Around him, a seated group of devotees in white and cream clothes, some with orange sashes, face the throne with their backs to the camera, some holding brass plates and a woman in a red saree at right. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, rudraksha mala, and red-maroon robes on the throne.2014-12-29March 13 20132013-03-13February 09 20132013-02-09A ceremonial puja inside a hall with red curtains and gold-finished decor. A seated man in a rust-red robe with a pink-and-white flower garland and rudraksha-style beads sits on an ornate golden throne with lion-carved armrests, flanked by a golden lion sculpture and a trident. Before the throne, four young men in saffron-orange robes sit on a multicoloured rug around brass trays, lamps and offerings; one in a saffron turban holds a ritual vessel, another speaks into a microphone, and one seated figure wears a long saffron shawl over a pale garment. Pots of flowers and fruit sit on the floor, and a bald attendant stands by a pillar in the background.2017-05-05
