A night-time photograph of a priest in white ritual dhoti and shawl with a gold border, bare-chested, performing aarti before a large black stone deity murti. The priest holds a brass lamp with a flame in one hand and a small bell in the other, leaning toward the murti. The deity wears a gold-coloured silk garment, a heavy gold necklace, a white floral garland with red flowers, and a white tilak band on the forehead, framed by a dark arched backdrop and long strands of gold beads. A red wall, a window with a ceiling fan, and a speaker stand are visible behind. A partially visible person stands at the left edge with folded hands.

A bare-chested man in saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, wearing a white headband, rudraksha-style beaded mala and garland, holds a lit flame toward the crowd while a man in white dhoti with a saffron sash gestures beside him. A dark stone deity murti stands behind them, adorned with green leaf garlands, red and orange flower garlands, and jeweled necklaces. A woman in orange sari with a red bindi watches at right, and palm fronds frame the scene. Several heads of devotees are visible in the foreground.

A night-time photograph outside a building with orange walls. A man with long dark hair, white tilak on his forehead, red and yellow marigold garlands around his neck and a leopard-print wrap over an orange-brown cloth, holds a lit camphor aarti plate toward a large black stone deity murti with a trident, a crown-like headdress, a white and red garment and beaded necklaces. Red and yellow flower garlands drape the statue and red petals lie on its base, with an oil lamp on the ground nearby. Dark wooden sticks and a burning flame frame the foreground.
