A photograph of a large seated gathering during an evening ritual, with many devotees holding small lit oil lamps (diyas) in their hands and some lamps placed on the floor. In the foreground a woman in a white top with a purple scarf sits near the frame, and a woman in a white kurta with hands pressed together in anjali mudra sits centrally, with a woman in a light-yellow shawl and a woman in a green-and-white headscarf to the right. Behind them men and boys in white clothes, and children in colourful shirts, fill the hall, with a deity murti and ornate decorations faintly visible in the background. The scene suggests a lamp-lit puja or satsang in a temple hall. No a person candidate is clearly identifiable among the visible people.2010-12-18A photograph of a large seated gathering in a hall, with many people in white clothing holding up lit oil lamps with flames raised toward the upper area. Many wear white or cream clothes, and several men wear yellow shawls over white attire. Women wear white saris and some wear pink or red tops. Brass bowls, plates and plastic containers of offerings sit on the floor before them, consistent with a pada puja-style ritual. Visible on the left is a seated figure in white with a shawl, and at the back a standing man in white near a chair. Several dozen people are visible, and no one is clearly identifiable as a person.2011-01-17November 26 20112011-11-26January 08 20182018-01-08December 26 20102010-12-26September 07 20142014-09-07September 06 20122012-09-06A dense crowd of devotees sits cross-legged in a temple hall during a lamp ritual, many holding small oil lamps with flames.
