Small paper cups hold blue and brown powder beside a yellow powder packet. No people are visible; the scene shows only the decorative pattern and powder supplies.2012-05-02Close-up photo of a person in a rust-red garment kneeling on a stone floor, drawing a trident-shaped mark with a thin gold stylus in a fine pinkish-red powder filling a decorative silver plate with scalloped rim and embossed floral panels. A red thread is tied on the wrist. A small wooden box with items sits at the left edge. The scene suggests a sacred ritual preparation, such as kumkum or ritual powder work.
