Outdoor abhishekam at a large flower-covered mound. A man seen from behind in a rust-red turban, red-and-gold rudraksha-style beaded necklace and garlands, and a mustard-yellow and maroon shawl pours milk from a silver vessel onto a heap of mixed petals in orange, yellow, white and red. Behind him another figure in orange robes stands near the mound. Rows of seated devotees in white and orange clothing fill tiered seating in the background, with a small water pool to the right.2015-07-31August 15 20172017-08-15September 08 20172017-09-08 +2 copiesJuly 31 20152015-07-31May 11 20132013-05-11December 05 20142014-12-05November 23 20162016-11-23July 01 20142014-07-01November 19 20152015-11-19A temple ritual photograph in which a man in a red-brown turban and matching red-brown dhoti-style garment, with a red and white flower garland around his neck, holds a lit oil lamp (aarti) before a richly decorated deity murti. The murti is adorned with yellow, pink, green and white garlands and heavy gold jewellery. Behind him, a second garlanded standing figure in orange clothing and a red turban stands beside a gold-painted seated figure. To the left, two other men in ceremonial attire, one wearing a tall embellished headpiece and gold ornaments, watch the aarti. The setting is an illuminated temple shrine with a gold and red backdrop. Whether the man performing the aarti is a person cannot be established from appearance.2014-12-05July 31 20152015-07-31December 10 20172017-12-10 +1 copies
