A long-haired man in an orange saffron garment with a rudraksha mala sits on a low seat and smiles, gesturing with one hand, while a man kneeling in front of him in white clothes bows with palms together. Around them stand men in white dhotis and shirts, some wearing rudraksha malas and ID badges. On the right, a man with a beard wears an orange shawl over white and holds a trident. A cameraman with a video camera stands at the right edge. Sandy ground surrounds the group. The long-haired seated figure is a probable Swamiji with distinctive long hair, saffron robe and mala cues, seated in a ceremonial role.2006-07-12Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree with aerial roots at an ashram-style site.
