Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree with aerial roots at an ashram-style site. A white-clad figure with a shaved head stands at centre, hands clasped, beside a woman in orange with a long white garland. Other people in orange and saffron robes stand around a low white platform with scattered flower petals and marigold garlands. At right a man in orange holds a tray of offerings while a cameraman films from behind a wooden rail. The scene suggests a devotional ceremony or greeting.

December 30 20092009-12-30A photograph of a group of saffron-clad sannyasis gathered in front of a large banyan tree at an outdoor shrine. Several men wear orange robes and orange head cloths, while one has a rolled dark turban and bare shoulders with white sacred ash markings, and another wears a long dark headdress. Some stand with hands folded or hold small objects. A gold-decorated deity murti with garlands and a white stone platform are visible at the right, and a camera is at the left edge. Dense foliage and hanging aerial roots surround the scene. Appearance-based identification of any individual is not established, so no a person label is applied.2009-12-30December 25 20082008-12-25 +1 copiesOutdoor photo beneath a huge banyan tree with thick hanging aerial roots. At centre, a man in an orange headwrap and orange robe with a beaded necklace stands with hands clasped. Further left, a bearded man in orange with an orange head covering and a man in white dhoti with a gold chain stand near a cameraman filming with a video camera. Beside him, four men in orange robes stand in a line; one carries a brass tray of yellow flowers, and two hold tall trident-topped staffs. Behind them a man in white clothing stands near a white-painted border, and white and orange rangoli-style patterns decorate the ground. The man in the centre has long dark hair swept back and wears a rudraksha mala and ceremonial necklace, consistent with the page's a person reference, though the appearance cues are mixed, so identity is uncertain.2008-12-25December 20 20092009-12-20December 11 20092009-12-11August 09 20072007-08-09December 27 20092009-12-27December 25 20082008-12-25
