Seated and standing devotees in white and colourful saris and shirts watch; a man in a white shirt and maroon trousers photographs with a camera at centre. A black stone deity murti is draped with white and orange cloth and heavy garlands of white flowers and red-tipped marigold strands, with flower petals scattered at its base. Brass and steel pots and a bowl sit on the ground in the foreground.

A figure in saffron-orange robes with an orange head wrap and a beaded necklace sits at the front, speaking and gesturing with a raised hand. Nearby, a man in white ritual dress sits cross-legged on the ground beside brass vessels, banana and fruit offerings, and plates of flowers. Women in saris and men in shirts sit on a mat and chairs behind them, with a man holding a camera among the audience. A woman in white with glasses sits at left beside a basket. The scene looks like a roadside or village puja with offerings laid out on the ground.
