Outdoor photo beside a large banyan tree with many aerial roots. A man in white dhoti and white shawl stands barefoot on a red and white patterned mat, eyes closed, his forehead marked with red and his hand resting against the trunk. He wears a long rudraksha mala and a bead bracelet. Behind him are low concrete ritual platforms, a pillar and sandy ground. A small concrete basin in the foreground holds a kolam-style white design. The man has long, swept-back dark hair and a white shawl; the description is appearance-based and unverified, so the candidate is marked probable.2012-04-22A man in profile stands barefoot on a red and blue patterned mat atop a low stone platform, his forehead pressed against the trunk of a large banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots. He wears a saffron-orange dhoti with gold borders and an orange shawl draped over his left shoulder and bare chest, a gold bead necklace, and a white forehead mark. His eyes are closed and his long dark hair falls down his back. A small pale stone and a lamp-like object sit near his feet. A red boundary wall and gravel are visible behind him. The page does not state that a person is present, and the appearance is not a clear enough match to confirm identity, so this is a devotee in meditative prayer.2013-03-01May 09 20132013-05-09 +1 copiesA man stands barefoot on a low stone platform beside a large banyan tree with many aerial roots, leaning his head against the trunk with eyes closed in a meditative posture. His dark hair is tied up in a knot and he wears a white vertical tilak on his forehead and a beaded mala at his neck. A pale floral kolam or rangoli design lies on the stone platform in front, and the setting is an open outdoor area with sandy ground and a low wall in the background. Whether this man is a person cannot be determined from appearance alone.2011-01-21January 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesOutdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree with thick hanging aerial roots and dappled sunlight.
