He wears wire-rimmed glasses, a red bindi and white vibhuti lines on his forehead and arms, plus a gold bangle and earrings. Around him sit young boys and students in red and maroon robes with gold borders and red turbans, some with shaved heads and white markings, seated on red mats in a sacred ceremony setting.2013-08-03A shaved-headed man in saffron-orange robes and a long rudraksha mala sits smiling and holds a small brass bell and a lit oil lamp, with his right hand extended. A white sandalwood band marks his forehead with a red bindi, and white paste covers his upper arms. Behind him, several people in maroon robes with gold borders sit on the floor, some holding small lamps. The man is a priest or sannyasi and his appearance does not clearly match the page's a person claim.2013-07-09Close photo of a shaved-headed man in an orange-brown robe holding a lit brass oil lamp in his outstretched right hand toward the camera while speaking. He wears a red bindi, white horizontal tilak lines across his forehead, and a long rudraksha mala of brown beads with a dark bead strand. A gold bangle and red-beaded bracelet are on his wrist. The blurred background shows red mats and seated people in white.2013-05-31A photograph of a shaved-headed young priest in an orange saffron shawl seated among boys in red and orange robes, several with white sacred ash stripes on their foreheads and arms. The central man wears a red bindi, a long rudraksha mala and gold bangles, and holds a lit oil lamp in his right hand while speaking and gesturing outward. Behind him, boys in red garments sit cross-legged, some holding brass items, in what looks like a ritual or teaching gathering.2013-09-23September 07 20142014-09-07September 26 20132013-09-26August 13 20142014-08-13A shaved-headed priest in a rust-red robe with a saffron-orange shawl stands in the foreground holding a brass oil lamp (aarti) in his right hand and a small brass bell in his left. He wears layered rudraksha malas, a dark beaded necklace, a ceremonial bead wrap and beaded bracelets, with white and red sacred marks on his forehead and arms. Behind him, several young boys in maroon robes with gold trim sit on mats, some holding lit oil lamps and brass vessels. Brass puja vessels, a lit lamp and flower offerings are arranged on a blue cloth in the lower frame.2013-06-07Close-up photo of a shaved-headed man with white horizontal tilak lines and a red dot on his forehead, wearing rudraksha mala strands and a rust-brown robe. He holds a lit brass oil lamp in his outstretched right hand, flame clearly burning, and appears to be speaking. A gold bracelet and beaded wrist mala are visible. The blurred background shows a red-and-white floor with a soft-focus object. Appearance-based label: a person is not supported here, since the figure lacks the long swept-back hair, crown or turban and ornate saffron clothing cues; he reads as a priest or devotee holding an oil lamp during a satsang or puja.2013-05-31
