Description:
In today’s morning satsang, Paramahamsa Nithyananda distinguishes between shared and collective responsibility. Shared responsibility means that each individual in a group takes equal responsibility for his or her task. Collective responsibility means that each group members takes responsibility for their fellows’ responsibility, so there are no weak links. Responsibility is the energy on which life flowers. When we sit with an impossible project and take responsibility for making it happen, it becomes possible after all. To achieve responsibility, we continually complete any unfinished business so that old patterns of dishonesty and lack of integrity die away. We create sangha chaitanya jagrada…. the community of collective responsibility.
