A close-up photograph of a round metal tray holding a heap of small aubergines (brinjals), most purple with white streaks and green calyxes, some pale green and striped. The tray has a fluted rim and sits on a dark wooden surface. No people are visible; the image is a food offering-style still life consistent with the day's naivedyam preparation.A photograph of a shirtless man with long matted dreadlocks standing at the back of the frame, wearing an orange saffron cloth draped over his shoulder and waist, holding a flaming lamp or torch aloft in one raised hand. In front of him is a red and white striped wall topped by a row of dark stone deity statues dressed in green and yellow garments: a seated elephant-headed figure at left, a central statue with a multi-hooded cobra canopy over a figure, and several standing deities holding weapons and objects. Yellow and orange marigold garlands rest at the base of the central statue. A pink building and green hills appear behind the statues under a pale hazy sky, with smoke rising near the torch.
